In 2008 I took over the Marijuana eradication program for the County of Madera. As an agent assigned to the Madera County Narcotic Enforcement Team it has been my responsibility to locate and investigate the secreted marijuana gardens within the county, and prosecute the illegal Drug Trafficking Organizations who are responsible.  It was also my responsibility to coordinate the use of different agencies and the utilization of our regional SWAT Team to assist in the ingress to the gardens along with eradication. Our Special Operations Unit recently contracted Mr. Kim to develop a drawing that captured our unique capabilities. Mr. Kim was able to not only accomplish this, but he exceeded all of our expectations. Joonho who was a former South Korean army soldier has a unique perspective of the SWAT community due to being a chaplain for our Sheriff’s Department as well as the chaplain for our Regional SWAT Team.
